Getting Started

The goods are in our warehouses in Winterthur, Switzerland.

We are in favour of this. By making an appointment by phone or email, you can come and collect the item from us yourself.

We have a very reliable customer service department. You can contact us at shop@babydreamsland.com for any inquiries. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Shipping

We currently ship to the Switzerland, Principality of Liechtenstein. From January 2023 we will also start shipping to Europe and the UK. We will continue to launch shipping to other regions. For updates, subscribe to our email list.

Our products usually ship within 2-3 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays).

Shipping prices for Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein are from 10 swiss francs with Swiss Post and 13 swiss francs with Swiss Post Prime.

Shipping is free for orders over 150 chf.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. We also accept bank payments. Contact us by email for this option.

Once you are prompted to enter your payment information during checkout, please select the PayPal option, shown below: You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order at this time.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
